This is a recipe of a super easy and delicious Italian style fish pie. Prepare mashed potatoes with milk and butter in advance. Take 4 medium-sized tomatoes and chop them, then, place your tomatoes into the bowl. Season your tomatoes generously with salt and pepper. Then, add zest and juice of 1 lemon. Next, add 3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil. Add 1 crushed clove of garlic and 30 g of spring onion. Then, add 1 sliced chili. Next, take 10 g of fresh parsley and 10 g of fresh rosemary, slice and add to your bowl. Give that a good mix. Let this sit for about 20 minutes. Do not make waste of juices which will come out of vegetables, you can make a nice dressing using it.
Take 6 raw peeled prawns and slice them. Then, slice 4 lemon sole fillets. Place your prawns and fillets into the oven-proof form.
Drain your tomatoes into a separate bowl. A juice from your tomatoes is delicious dressing. Add some olive oil into the dressing to make it perfect. Place drained tomatoes into the form on the fish and prawns. Then, spread 150 g of crème fraiche over tomatoes. Grate 60 g of pecorino.
Place your mashed potatoes into a piping bag and cover the pie. Place the pie into the oven for 3 minutes at 180 degrees C.
When the pie is ready, place wedges and lemon and salad greens into the dressing. Serve the fish pie with salad greens and lemon wedges.
